Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Executive/Senior Executive Sales professional. This individual will be responsible for driving sales of NSL products, and spearheading business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in the software industry. Additionally, they should possess exceptional presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a broad audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance the organization's ability to collaborate and generate revenue.
  2. Arrange and negotiate contracts with new business partners to boost revenue & brand participation.
  3. Identify and acquire new business partners to expand the company's business.
  4. Fully accountable for meeting business targets set by the company.
  5. Reach out to potential clients to establish relationships, arrange meetings & demonstrate software/semiconductor products & services.
  6. Visit clients to present business proposals.
  7. Conduct outdoor marketing through corporate sales and business development activities.
  8. Develop and execute customized, targeted business strategies.
  9. Propose and implement various plans for business development.
  10. Assist in preparing partnership contracts in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  11. Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to brainstorm strategies for business growth and new projects.
  12. Increase the value of existing customers while attracting new ones.
  13. Build and maintain trust and long-term relationships with clients and customers.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  2. 1 to 3 years’ Experience in areas such as Technical Sales/IT Marketing, Sales/Marketing, Product Management, E-commerce, IT Enabled Services, Software Companies, and Telecommunications is preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of software solutions.
  4. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  6. Technically sound candidates will have an added advantage.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
