Position Overview: We are seeking an
enthusiastic and results-oriented Executive/Senior Executive Sales
professional. This individual will be responsible for driving sales of NSL
products, and spearheading business development initiatives. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven
track record of success in the software industry. Additionally, they should
possess exceptional presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex
technical concepts to a broad audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to enhance the
organization's ability to collaborate and generate revenue.
- Arrange and negotiate contracts with new business partners to boost
revenue & brand participation.
- Identify and acquire new business partners to expand the company's
business.
- Fully accountable for meeting business targets set by the company.
- Reach out to potential clients to establish relationships, arrange
meetings & demonstrate software/semiconductor products & services.
- Visit clients to present business proposals.
- Conduct outdoor marketing through corporate sales and business
development activities.
- Develop and execute customized, targeted business strategies.
- Propose and implement various plans for business development.
- Assist in preparing partnership contracts in accordance with company
policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to brainstorm
strategies for business growth and new projects.
- Increase the value of existing customers while attracting new ones.
- Build and maintain trust and long-term relationships with clients
and customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related
field. MBA is a plus.
- 1 to 3 years’ Experience in areas such as Technical Sales/IT
Marketing, Sales/Marketing, Product Management, E-commerce, IT Enabled
Services, Software Companies, and Telecommunications is preferred.
- Strong understanding of software solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Technically sound candidates will have
an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as
part of a team.
